Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on debt and equity transactions throughout the investment lifecycle
• Structure solutions addressing complex transactional issues
• Draft and negotiate development and investment documents
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel

Requirements:
• Member of the Bar in Canada
• 7-10 years of relevant legal experience
