As an Account Manager & New Business Development professional, you will sell truck, industrial, and retail scales together with service, calibration, and preventative-maintenance programs to plant managers, purchasing departments, and owner/executive buyers in the aggregate, asphalt, waste and recycling, food, agricultural, and municipal sectors. This role is approximately 25% new business development, 25% account management, 25% administrative duties, and 25% strategic support to ownership in Year 1, shifting to 50% new business development and 25% account management in Year 2. Leads come from a mix of company-supplied warm relationships, a company-supplied prospect list, and self-sourced prospecting. The sales territory covers Belleville, Kingston, Cobourg, and Peterborough, extending to Cornwall, the Greater Toronto Area, and Northern Ontario. This is a newly created position, the company's first dedicated sales hire, reporting directly to the owner. They have recently expanded into pressure washing, mobile welding, security camera installation, and dustless sandblasting services. Their culture is hands-on, customer-driven, and service-forward, with a team-oriented leadership style. Clients include Lafarge, Waste Management, Redpath, CBM, Drain Bros, and Sofina.OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORYHead Office: Belleville, OntarioWork arrangement: Office-based, minimum 3 days per week,
