JOB DESCRIPTIONProduction Generalists play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' operations. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform a variety of tasks related to product repair and deployment.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCERepair Centre- Inspect, triage, reset, and clean POS terminals.- Perform quality checks to ensure repaired items meet the standards.- Adhere to documented SOPs to comply with the ISO9001:2015 standards.- Maintain an organized and clean workspace to promote a safe and effective work environment.- Collaborate with the repair team to identify common issues and suggest improvements to processes and tools.Deployment Centre:- Assist in the process of order fulfillment.- Perform final quality inspections before products are deployed.- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure product is available for a timely deployment.- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the deployment process.Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.- Previous experience in a warehouse, repair, or logistics role is preferred.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Comfortable with basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment.- Proficient with computers and basic Microsoft office tools.- Familiarity with ERPs systems.- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.This is a 12-month contract to start and the pay rate will be $20/hr.
