Job SummaryWe are seeking a bilingual (French & English) professional for a remote Training Specialist role. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, managing virtual classrooms, and ensuring effective learning outcomes for participants.This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to independently manage training delivery and learner engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct and deliver structured online training sessions in both French and EnglishTake and maintain accurate attendance records during all classesOrganize and structure training materials to support learning outcomes, including sales and warranty-related conceptsDeliver training on customer service topicsEncourage and support learners in completing required certificationsMonitor student engagement, participation, and motivation throughout the programCollect student feedback and provide timely follow-ups where necessaryHandle learner concerns and manage difficult situations professionally, including addressing client dissatisfactionEnsure smooth coordination and execution of virtual training sessionsRequired Skills & QualificationsFluency in French and English (spoken and written)Prior experience in training, facilitation,

They should be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, maintaining learner engagement, and adapting training content to different audiences. Experience in automotive retail or dealership operations is considered a solid advantage.The expected base salary range for this position is $55 – $60 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
