- Plan , direct, andevaluate the operations of wholesale and retail salesestablishments or departments within suchestablishments.
- Manage personnel anddelegate responsibilities.
- Investigate marketresearch and trends to ascertain consumer demand, potentialsales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations onsales.
- Determine themerchandise and services to be sold, as well as the pricing andcredit policies to be followed
- Find, select, andpurchase merchandise for resale.

- Plan budgets andauthorize expenditures
- Determine staffingneeds and hire or supervise the hiring of personnel.
Requirements
- Secondaryschool completion is required.
- Auniversity degree or a college diploma in businessadministration or a related field to the product or servicebeing sold may be required.
- Severalyears of related retail sales experience at increasing levels ofresponsibility are required.
- Natural leadershipskills.
- Outstanding customerservice abilities.

Salary: $30.00 - $33.23 per hour
