This role focuses on cultivating relationships with engineers, contractors, and vendors to secure O'Dell solutions in various project designs. Your key responsibilities will include driving product specifications and collaborating across teams to support bids and pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive specifications with engineering firms for project designs
• Build and maintain relationships within the contracting community
• Collaborate with Sales and Project Management teams on bids




• Identify current business opportunities through prospecting
• Deliver presentations and training on O'Dell products
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or HVAC
• Minimum 5 years in engineering sales in HVAC
• Strong business development and relationship skills
• Knowledge of Nova Scotia Building Code Regulations
