Job Description The Enablement Platform’s Digitization Product Group supports the Bank’s paperless and end-to-end digital document vision. While offering a suite of robust, industry‑leading products is core to the Digitization vision, the product group also delivers capabilities via business‑led initiatives across the entire enterprise. The Digitization Product Group Owner leads a team of Product Owners, Business Systems Analysts, and Intake and Advocacy Managers, ensuring that the Product Group and its Pods create value for the organization through initiative delivery aligned with business vision and strategy, and consistently drive measurable outcomes. This requires alignment with other business and technical partners and senior management, following a product vision, creating and maintaining a prioritized product backlog, managing delivery blockers, continuously assessing stakeholder feedback, and driving innovation for the Product Group. The Product Group Owner should always consider how to maximize value, assess how the products and the delivery process can be continuously improved, contribute to a positive work setting, and ensure that work embodies Agile principles of transparency, collaboration and engagement. The Owner will have high-level interaction with Technical and non‑Technical Business Partners and Asset Owners, requiring strategic vision, roadmap building, relationship management, change management, and communications across all levels of executive leadership up to and including the SVP level. Customer Responsibilities Partner with other Product Owners, Product Group Owners, Executive Product Owners, non‑TDSA business and technology partners, and senior leaders to support the delivery of each segment’s product vision through adoption of Digitization capabilities. In alignment with the product vision and strategy and enterprise business priorities, create and maintain a backlog and continuously re‑prioritize epics and features that balance the needs of the various lines of business to provide maximum value to the bank. Develop broad relationships across different business segments, platforms, journeys, and technical teams. Continuously engage with key stakeholders on the Digitization delivery roadmap, ensuring alignment with their priorities and roadmaps. Review performance analytics; recommend and champion strategies to enhance delivery of value. Actively participate in key TD Scaled Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, QBR, SOS, Showcases, etc.) and other key non‑Agile delivery ceremonies (Program Meetings, DRB, ERB, ESC, etc.). Proactively raise issues that impede the efficient delivery of business‑driven initiatives,



actively working to resolve them for the best possible outcome. Shareholder Responsibilities Ensure adherence to all delivery frameworks and methodologies, and applicable compliance requirements. Ensure Product Group follows applicable internal and external requirements (e.G., financial controls, segregation of duties, transaction approvals, and physical control of assets) while ensuring risks are identified and monitored, and key controls and processes are effectively managed. Lead relationships with business lines, corporate and/or control functions to ensure alignment with enterprise and/or regulatory requirements. Lead or contribute to cross‑functional or enterprise initiatives as an organizational or subject matter expert, helping to identify risk and provide guidance for complex situations. Define the OKRs in partnership with the Product Group Technical Lead and other stakeholders as required. Protect the interests of the organization – identify and manage risks, and elevate non‑standard, high‑risk transactions and activities as necessary. Keep abreast of emerging industry trends, business needs and visions, and evolving regulatory requirements, assessing potential impacts to Digitization vision, strategy and backlog. Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes aligned with risk appetite. Foster a high‑performance culture by setting Pod, Product Group and Product Family targets and objectives, driving accountability and business results. Manage employees in compliance with all human resources policies, procedures and guidelines of conduct. Breadth & Depth Oversee and lead a team of Pod Product Owners, Business Systems Analysts, and Intake & Advocacy Managers for an area of significant risk, complexity or scope while growing talent, developing skills and capabilities to achieve career goals, support project and initiative success and achieve business results. Provide coaching, mentorship and guidance to practitioners, business executives within area of expertise. Manage and oversee the overall discipline and strategy for the respective areas while aligning to the enterprise’s best practices. Integrate knowledge of the enterprise’s overarching strategy in leading program design, policy formulation or operating standards within one or more areas of expertise. Partner with the leadership team on the management of the portfolio and financials, with deep industry, external and internal enterprise knowledge, recognizing and anticipating emerging trends and identifying operational efficiencies and opportunities with other business management and enterprise areas. Facilitate key strategic discussions at senior levels of the organization and provide thought leadership to executive audience (output may include strategic roadmap and/or deliverables, frameworks, short‑to‑long‑term goals, etc.). Set operational team direction and collaborate with others to execute on common goals. Focus on long‑range planning for functional area. Report to an Executive Product Family Owner. Experience and Education Undergraduate degree and/or product certificate required. Graduate degree preferred. 15+ years of relevant experience (Hands‑on Software Engineering and Technical delivery, Business delivery, Shared Services Delivery, including leading Delivery teams). Delivery tooling experience across and within the various SDLC practice areas. 7+ years of Product Owner or Agile‑related delivery experience. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and project management experience considered an asset. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications or experience operating in scaled agile delivery considered an asset. Delivery experience within multiple TD business segments and technology areas considered an asset. Functional and/or technical knowledge of document digitization systems, tools, and capabilities considered an asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
