You'll help us make smarter decisions around product pricing, shipping costs, and customer demand — working across BI, statistical modelling, SQL, and AI‑assisted workflows in a fast‑moving e‑commerce environment. This is a hybrid role, based in the Vancouver, BC area, with 2 days in the office and the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.What You’ll DoPricing & AnalysisMonitor key business metrics, identify trends, and define new KPIs where gaps existPerform root cause analysis on business challenges and propose actionable solutionsDeliver strategic insights across pricing, logistics, and demand — communicating findings clearly to stakeholders at all levelsBuild and maintain demand forecasting and price elasticity modelsAnalyze shipping and logistics cost data to surface trends, anomalies,
