Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement health promotion programming
• Engage with community groups and service providers




• Drive the Mobile Health Clinic to various locations
• Conduct health education and outreach activities
• Support advocacy for priority health access issues
Requirements:
• Post-graduate degree or extensive experience in health promotion
• 3-5 years in community health roles
• Class ‘G’ or equivalent driving license
• Experience with vulnerable populations
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
