Starting salary - $69,929 annually.Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesDevelop strong partnerships with people leaders by providing consultative services and coaching on employee relations issues.Recommend solutions and facilitate action plans that align with Access’ business priorities.Participate in the investigation and resolution of employee concerns in accordance with Access’ employment policies and best practices.Administer Access’ employment policies and procedures and communicate relevant laws and regulations to people leaders and employees to ensure understanding and compliance.Support the application of disciplinary policies to ensure fairness and consistency.Contribute to the design, delivery, and administration of Access’ Performance Management process in Workday; consult and support people leaders in the development and facilitation of Performance Improvement and Performance Coaching Plans.Manage sensitive and confidential matters, protecting the security of information, data, and files.QualificationsPost-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR)
