You will be part of a dedicated team providing services to justice-involved youth aged 12-24, where you'll conduct intakes, assess needs, and facilitate individualized programming. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual assessments and develop service plans • Facilitate group programming focusing on emotional skills • Maintain open communication with youth and stakeholders • Utilize crisis intervention strategies as needed • Support TDSB partnership initiatives
Requirements: • 2-year diploma in related social services field • 2 years working with youth or vulnerable populations • Knowledge of community resources • Solid communication and facilitation skills • Eligible for Vulnerable Sector Screening
