Task details include:Prepare and manage requests for quotation, review and compare quotations,



perform material take-offsPrepare contracts and purchase orders, manage documentation of tradesCoordination of trades and suppliersAssist with improving the use of technology such as creating and improving processes, templates and documentsProduct research and new vendor research and pre-qualificationExperience and SkillsMinimum of 5 years estimating and 2 years of procuring and coordinating low‑rise residential home construction (experience in custom home building is an asset).Construction Management Software, Takeoff Software, Microsoft ExcelAdvanced knowledge of the building systems, techniques, finishes and pre‑construction and construction sequences and material lead times of a custom home projectAdvanced ability to read drawings and specificationsAdvanced use of construction management and takeoff software. Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel.Strong understanding of risk with ability to analyze and compare quotations and value engineer plansProficient in math and has strong attention to detail with big picture perspectiveAble to identify issues and knows when escalation is required.Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects,
