As a Clinical Team Lead, you will oversee daily clinical operations and ensure patient-centered care for adolescents and young adults aged 12–24. Your role includes maintaining a clinical caseload, supporting team members with complex cases, and participating in treatment planning. Key Responsibilities: • Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support to Counsellors • Maintain a clinical caseload,



offering individual and group therapy • Participate in ongoing assessment and treatment planning • Support clinicians with complex patient issues and treatment challenges • Facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborations

Requirements: • Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology • 2+ years in a clinical leadership or supervisory role • 2+ years working with eating disorders and young adults • Strong knowledge of CBT and DBT therapeutic approaches • Registration with a relevant professional regulatory body
