Totally Tutors™ seeks dedicated educators in the Etobicoke and Toronto areas to provide tailored tutoring for different grade levels. This role focuses on reinforcing classroom learning and developing students’ academic independence. You will enjoy the freedom to choose students that fit your teaching style and make a significant impact on their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer personalized one-on-one tutoring in students’ homes
• Plan and prepare customized lesson materials for individual needs
• Support homework completion and test preparation
• Adapt teaching techniques to suit diverse learning styles
• Monitor and report on student progress to parents
Requirements:
• Certification from Ontario College of Teachers or another Canadian province
• Current Bachelor of Education candidates are welcome
• Experience in teaching or tutoring roles preferred
• Robust knowledge of Ontario Curriculum
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism
