Title: Functional Analyst - Kronos (UKG) | SAP HCM

Location: Toronto or Montreal (hybrid)

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Hours: 37.5 hours/week

About the Role

Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Kronos/UKG Workforce Management solutions and SAP HCM integrations. The consultant will support, configure, and optimize workforce management processes while ensuring the reliability of data exchanges between Kronos and SAP.

Responsibilities

- Configure and support Kronos Workforce Central and/or UKG Dimensions modules.
- Analyze business requirements related to workforce management and time management processes.
- Configure time and attendance rules, schedules, shift patterns, and work calendars.
- Manage absence, leave, and employee request configurations.
- Support and maintain integrations between Kronos and SAP HCM.
- Document interface requirements, data mappings, and functional specifications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot interface issues, batch jobs, and data synchronization processes.
- Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Execute and support unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Resolve production incidents related to Kronos functionality and SAP interfaces.




- Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and support procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvements of workforce management processes and integrations.

Must-Have Skills

- 8+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or Workforce Management Consultant.
- Robust experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Dimensions.
- Experience configuring: Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Workforce Planning, Leave and Absence Management
- Hands-on experience with Kronos-SAP HCM integrations.
- Experience with interface design, data mapping, and integration support.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM employee and organizational data structures.
- Experience troubleshooting interfaces, batch jobs, and integration errors.
- Experience writing functional specifications and integration documentation.
- Experience supporting testing activities including SIT, UAT, and integration testing.
- Experience with production support and incident resolution.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with UKG Pro WFM.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex workforce management requirements.
