- Provide support and produce detailed system requirements and technical and functional specifications aligned with standards and frameworks
- Partner with business and technology partners, project teams, and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and manage functional specifications
- Research and analyze current-state system capabilities and define technology solution options and recommendations
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, including non-functional requirements
- Assist testing teams with test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing
- Contribute to project management activities, including scoping, estimating, risk identification, mitigation recommendations, status communication, and issue escalation
- Participate in quality management reviews of designs, prototypes, and requirements work products
- Determine solutions, assess impacts to work processes and systems, and manage integration
- Provide operational and process-related analysis and support
- Follow requirements management, project management, technology delivery, and business technology architecture standards
- Stay current with technology trends and develop expertise in TD services, applications, infrastructure, analytical tools, business domains, products, and services
- Work with vendors on business case development, perks identification, RFI/RFPs, and service level agreements
- Coach less experienced colleagues and serve as a reference throughout the requirements management lifecycle

Requirements

- 5-7 years' previous experience as BA/BSA
- Jira & Confluence tools experience
- Agile project practice understanding and knowledge
- User Story writing experience




- BDD Framework knowledgeAdvanced knowledge of business technology delivery practices and standards, including design, development, testing and project management
- Advanced knowledge of system analysis process and techniques, system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows and business rules
- Ability to perform work on system analyst process from end-to-end on projects of moderate to high complexity
- Experience or knowledge on document management capabilities
- Experience and comfort level acting as a reference for Business Systems
- Experience with data management/data mapping
- Self-starter and able to work autonomously
- Must be able to speak effectively with both business and technology partners
- Strong collaboration skills
