Junior Geotechnical Engineer Chance As a Junior Geotechnical Engineer in our GTA West Group, you will support and supervise geotechnical investigations and contribute to engineering projects that shape the future of infrastructure across Ontario. Working closely with intermediate and senior engineers, you will help deliver high-quality technical work, gain hands‑on experience across a range of project types, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, innovative solutions for public and private sector clients.Your ImpactSupervise geotechnical investigations including test pitting, borehole drilling, and in‑situ testingSupport the coordination of geotechnical investigation and laboratory testingComplete geotechnical analyses such as bearing capacity, settlement, and slope stability under the guidance of intermediate and senior engineersProvide technical support on geotechnical projects, including field investigations, interpretation of laboratory test results, and geotechnical design and analysisAssist senior team members in preparing geotechnical studies, proposals, and engineering reports for projects of low to medium complexityParticipate in and promote a safety‑first cultureThe Skills That Set You ApartBachelor’s degree in Civil,
