- Assuring that teamscollaborate to deliver high-quality work ontime.
- Constructionprocesses must be monitored, and training and teambuilding exercises must beprovided.
- Ensuring that allhealth and safety regulations are followed at alltimes.
- Inspection ofequipment, materials, and routine siteinspections
- Setting up regularmeetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, andemployees.
- Reports, budgets, andproject plans must be written and presented to relevantstakeholders.
- Collaboration witharchitects and other professionals.
- Keeping up withsafety codes and constructionadvancements.
- Assisting with thehiring and training of current employees.
- Processing paperworkand traveling to various locations as needed.
Requirements
- A high schooldiploma or equivalent isrequired.
- Bachelor's degreepreferred in construction, business, management, orengineering.
- Construction industryexperience is required.
- Experience in aleadership position is preferred.
- A currentdriver's license.
- Excellent oral andwritten communication skills.
- The ability toconcentrate and remain calm underpressure.
- Capability to managemultiple projects.
Required years of experience: At least 2 years of experience
Salary: $36.05 - $45.67 per hour
