The Senior .NET Software Developer joins our squad to design, implement, and provide L3 support for enterprise SaaS integrations and cloud platforms. The developer collaborates closely with Product Owners, SaaS vendors, and internal engineering teams to build resilient, secure, and scalable solutions. The role carries hands-on ownership of platform reliability through automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices SaaS Onboarding & Integration Lead onboarding, integration solution design, and lifecycle management for enterprise SaaS platforms including Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, and Microsoft 365. Platform Tooling & Development Develop and maintain internal tooling, update documentation, and deliver automation solutions that support cloud-based services. CI/CD & DevOps Improve platform reliability by building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and applying DevOps best practices across the engineering stack. Serve as the escalation point for complex production issues, coordinating with SaaS vendors and internal teams to drive resolution. Identity & Authentication Design and support enterprise authentication and identity integrations using OAuth, OIDC, and SAML protocols.



Networking & Infrastructure Apply hands-on knowledge of web proxy and load-balancing technologies to support networking requirements of cloud platforms. Compliance & Standards Ensure all solutions meet risk, security, change management, and operational standards established by the organization.
