Requirements:
• Completion of post-secondary education; Canadian Securities Course preferred
• Minimum three years in customer-facing positions in finance
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in French and English
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting clients
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities under pressure
