Accountable for the end‑to‑end product development and capabilities roadmap, this role drives the design and delivery of market‑leading customer experiences, scalable product capabilities, and sustainable customer growth.Operating with significant autonomy, the role translates strategy into execution, balancing customer needs, risk considerations, and financial outcomes. The Senior Manager is a key thought partner to other leaders in the team and is expected to demonstrate the depth, judgment, and enterprise mindset to drive results.Key Accountabilities Product & Capability LeadershipOwn and continuously evolve the multi‑year product development and capabilities roadmap for Personal Lending products aligned to strategic priorities. This scope includes lines of credit, term loans, and various specialized lending programs.Set clear product direction and standards, ensuring initiatives are outcome‑driven, scalable, and future‑ready.Identify, size, and prioritize high‑impact capability opportunities across acquisition, onboarding, pricing, servicing, and lifecycle engagement.Customer Experience & Growth EnablementChampion a customer experience‑led approach to product development within Personal lending, with a focus on driving sustainable growth of our lending portfolio.Ensure product journeys are consistent, intuitive, and compliant across digital and assisted channels,
