• Oversee corporate action event processing across markets • Identify key dates and processing requirements from announcements • Verify accuracy of reconciled positions with custodians • Manage client elections and ensure timely submissions • Analyze and resolve discrepancies in payments
Requirements: • Significant experience in custody or securities operations • Familiarity with global custodians and legal requirements • Advanced knowledge in data analysis and reporting • Skills in Broadridge BPS and Excel functions • Solid lifecycle understanding of corporate actions
