Dilawri Group in Ontarioislooking for anAccounts Payable Analyst to join the RegionalAccounting team at our Regional Office inMississauga. Pay Rate: $40,000 - $50,000 annual salary Responsibilities:

Sorting,coding and data entry vendor and manufacturer invoices into CDK system

Verifyand match invoices to purchase orders

Processbi-weekly on-demand cheques

Processmonthly cheque run

Processmonthly business office remittances

Reconcilevendor statements, manufacturer statements and credit card statements

Reconcileelectronic transfer payments account

Reconcilesublet and payables schedules





Filing

Otherduties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Haveworking knowledge of the accounting cycle

AccountsPayable related experience

Haveexcellent verbal and written communication skills

Beextremely organized and detail-oriented

Beself-motivated and pro-active

Abilityto handle high volume of transactions within tight deadlines

Abilityto work independently and as a team

Strongknowledge of Microsoft Excel

Positiveattitudes and a desire for continuous improvement for self and theorganization

AutomotiveExperience would be an asset

CDKexperience would be an asset
