Ensure industrial readiness, manufacturability, and alignment to Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) while bridging engineering intent and shopfloor execution.Main Responsibilities:Concurrent Engineering & DFMDrive DFM/DFT and ensure manufacturabilityDefine industrial requirements and product industrial schemeIndustrialization & ReadinessLead FAR, FMR, SMR milestonesDefine MBOM and industrial processesLead PFMEA and risk mitigation actionsMethods & ToolingLead design/deployment of tools and jigsEnsure practical, repeatable shopfloor methodsAPSYS & Continuous ImprovementLead APSYS deployment and maturityImprove SQCD performance (FPY, OTD, Lead Time, Cost)Production & LifecycleEnsure manufacturability and sustainabilityOptimize cost, lead time, and qualitySupport root cause analysis and corrective actionsAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
