Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on employment law and corporate governance
• Negotiate and manage healthcare contracts

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years of legal experience in Canada
• Background in healthcare law preferred
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
• Valid Canadian legal license
