Hybrid in Downtown Vancouver office (3 days in office ) TOP SKILLS:

Experience supporting business-critical applications in a production environment, performing root cause analysis, resolving incidents, managing escalations, and working with vendors and business users. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering Ability to gather business requirements, translate business needs into technical requirements, identify process improvements, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver application enhancements and automation solutions. SQL & Low-Code / Automation Platforms Strong SQL skills combined with experience supporting low-code or workflow automation tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, OutSystems, UiPath, or similar platforms. low-code and automation platforms , primarily: OutSystems UiPath Role Breakdown

Approximate split: 50% Application Support Production support Troubleshooting Resolving issues Supporting automations 30% Business Analysis Gathering requirements Working with stakeholders 10-15% Agile / Project Coordination Sprint planning Coordination activities Position Summary

The Application Analyst is part of the global IT team responsible for the delivery and operations of Seapeak's business systems. The successful candidate will support and deliver services within a constantly evolving business and technical environment while building solid relationships with business and IT stakeholders. Key Responsibilities





Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

Establish strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand and prioritize work items. Create specifications, process maps, data maps, and use cases. Identify opportunities for process automation and low-code solutions. Application Support & Troubleshooting

Provide Level 2 operational support for business applications. Identify, track, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues. Utilize automation tools to streamline troubleshooting and performance monitoring. Support application security and user access administration. Systems & Integration Support

Manage application environments for testing. Collaborate with other analysts to design and support data interfaces and APIs. Support low-code integration strategies. Coordinate testing, implementation, and support activities with global teams. Data & Reporting

Support data integrity and reliability initiatives. Work with Analytics teams to improve data quality. Develop reports and dashboards to identify KPIs and trends. Support data warehouse integrations and identify table relationships. Documentation & Process Improvement

Create and maintain application support documentation.



Develop automated workflow guides where applicable. Mentor junior team members on system support and automation practices. Vessel & Global Support

Support new vessel onboarding activities. Coordinate with the global Vessel Systems Support team. Travel to regional offices and vessels as required. Required Qualifications

Experience

3-5 years supporting large enterprise business applications. Experience working directly with business stakeholders and functional owners. Experience with RFPs and the full application lifecycle. Experience coordinating deployments across multiple stakeholder groups. Technical Skills

Strong SQL querying experience. Experience with Power BI or similar reporting/dashboard tools. Knowledge of management information systems and change control procedures. Experience with APIs and application integrations. Preferred Experience

Automation platforms, preferably

UiPath . Process automation and workflow improvement initiatives. Soft Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable leading meetings and working with stakeholders at all levels. Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. Results-oriented with strong prioritization skills. Proactive, dependable, and adaptable. Positive attitude and strong collaboration skills. Additional Requirements

Ability to provide occasional after-hours support. Experience supporting remote locations and global teams is an asset. Willingness to travel to regional offices and vessels as required.
