This role, reporting to the Recreation Manager, emphasizes safe and courteous transportation services. You will help residents with mobility issues and actively engage with them during outings. Your responsibilities include regular vehicle inspections and maintaining cleanliness to meet standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate the company vehicle in compliance with laws
• Provide transportation to medical and recreational destinations
• Assist with boarding and exiting the vehicle
• Conduct vehicle maintenance inspections regularly
• Keep records of trips, mileage, and fuel use
Requirements:
• Clear driver's abstract and valid Class 4 license
• Experience operating larger vehicles preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to engage respectfully with residents
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
