Key Responsibilities:



• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems • Troubleshoot maintenance issues throughout the hotel • Conduct inspections of building systems and property assets • Complete drywall repairs, painting, and minor renovations • Maintain accurate logs and repair records

Requirements: • Journeyperson Certification in HVAC, Plumbing, or related trade • Reside in Yellowknife or willingness to relocate • Strong knowledge of commercial building maintenance • Experience in troubleshooting and repairs • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
