Shipper Team Lead – Manufacturing & Logistics Location: North York, OntarioPay rate: $25 - $28 per hourShift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (44 hours per week, ½ hour unpaid lunch daily)Employment: Permanent full‑time Responsibilities Lead and coordinate hourly warehouse staff, allocating daily tasks and ensuring order picking, receiving, and loading accuracy. Manage dock operations, including scheduling inbound/outbound trucks and enforcing dock safety protocols. Evaluate incoming freight, perform quality control and disposition, and verify outbound freight for 100% accuracy. Oversee the site cycle‑count program, conduct department cycle counts, and perform inventory activities per DC procedures. Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping labels, and post inbound/outbound orders in the system using SAP and Microsoft Office. Maintain a safe working environment, enforce all operating rules, and ensure compliance with DOT 49 CFR HAZMAT standards. Facilitate communication between departments to resolve logistics bottlenecks and ensure timely material movement. Qualifications High School / GED required.



DOT 49 CFR HAZMAT certification or willingness to obtain. Proven warehouse experience; forklift and/or reach truck operation preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP experience and knowledge of TMS is a significant plus. Physical ability to lift up to 20 kg and operate in a high‑volume distribution center.
