Dilawri Group is nowactively searching for anAssistant Sales Managerto join the teamat Vaughan Chrysler.

Pay Rate: $80,000-$100,000

Responsibilities:

- Activelysell/lease new and pre-owned vehicles
- Upholdeffective processes and procedures to improve sales and profitability
- Trainstaff to meet consumer needs and manufacture programs, as directed bySales Manager
- Ensureall department staff are licensed and trained prior to communicating withcustomers
- Assistin closing all new and pre-owned vehicle sales with Sales & LeasingConsultants




- Ensurethat Sales & Leasing Consultants follow-up by telephone with customersseen, within 24-hours of the initial visit to the Dealership
- Meetall predetermined sales targets and forecast

Qualifications:

- Strongprofessional background in sales and customer service
- Drivefor excellence
- Strongleadership abilities
- ValidDriver’s License for Ontario with 3+ years of driving experience
- ValidOMVIC License
- Experiencewith OneEighty, vAuto, and AutoAlert an asset
