Key Responsibilities:
• Provide solution-focused assistance to site staff

• Manage the site workbook of vacant shifts
• Prepare daily assignments for departments

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in scheduling or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
