This role in the Corporate Compliance Team is crucial for maintaining our compliance culture and processes for onboarding Merchants. You will be responsible for analyzing key financial documents and overseeing adherence to Anti-Money Laundering policies, requiring excellent organizational skills. Regular office attendance will be expected in downtown Montreal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review due diligence for compliance with AML criteria
• Conduct PEPs and Sanctions investigations
• Update and maintain KYC and compliance records
• Facilitate Merchant onboarding and due diligence processes
• Carry out risk assessments on client relationships
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of compliance experience
• AML or ACAMS certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Bilingual English skills highly valued
