Instructional Designer role open now in downtown Calgary! One-year contract. Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Instructional Designer in the utilities sector in Calgary, Alberta. We're looking for a Instructional Designer/Learning Build Contractor to support the design and development of engaging learning experiences. In this role, you'll work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create high-quality digital and instructor-led learning solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop learning materials, including e-learning, facilitator guides, learner resources, and assessments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and vendors to deliver learning projects on time.




- Apply learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Use learning technologies, LMS platforms, and authoring tools to create effective learning experiences.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve learning solutions.

Requirements

- Experience in instructional design and learning content development.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
- Comfortable leveraging technology and AI tools to enhance learning design.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
