meet with market intermediaries or clients alongside the group insurance advisor to explain and negotiate filesParticipate in the ongoing training of junior and intermediate underwritersProvide technical support to other departments of the companyPerform any other related tasks or general duties required by the roleThe Ideal Candidate Would Have the Following SkillsA post?secondary degree in business administration, mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, or financeA minimum of 10 years of experience in group insurance pricingBilingualism (French and English) is required to meet business needsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and WordExcellent reasoning, judgment, and decision?making abilitiesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent time?management skills and the ability to work in a constantly changing environment with multiple tasks and prioritiesExcellent negotiation skills and a passion for teamworkSalary Range: $91,831 to $101,014 (CAD)This posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization / Ce poste est actuellement vacant au sein de notre organisation.The Base Pay range may vary depending on the successful candidate or other relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and education/training.
