Key Responsibilities:
• Own the implementation of the operational effectiveness system • Lead change management and adoption tracking initiatives • Collaborate with teams for effective performance management • Develop dashboards for operational performance monitoring • Identify and address performance gaps through analysis
Requirements: • Degree in Mining or Industrial Engineering preferred • 7 to 10 years of relevant mining experience • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma practices • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
