Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate client connections for long-term housing • Empower clients to advocate for themselves • Attend and assist at client meetings • Maintain explicit communication within support networks • Manage a caseload and document client progress

Requirements: • Diploma/degree in a relevant field • Minimum 1 year experience with marginalized populations • Strong skills in conflict resolution and communication • Reliable vehicle and driver’s insurance • Passion for addressing homelessness in Alberta
