Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure departments meet schedules and production deadlines
• Collaborate with Supervisors to manage workloads
• Conduct daily check-ins with the crew and department leads
• Update reports and flag concerns to Production Manager
• Track crew absences and technical issues
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Solid organizational skills and proactive approach
• Proficient in Flow (formerly Shotgun/ShotGrid)
• Previous production/animation experience is a bonus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
