We are looking for a Manager - Mechanical Engineering!As a member of the Senior Leadership Team the Manager of Mechanical Engineering is primarily responsible for managing, leading and supporting the mechanical design team engineers to achieve departmental and organizational goals. This role ensures the planning, implementation, and alignment of projects with strategic objectives while promoting safety, efficiency, profitability, and innovation. It also includes driving cross-department collaboration, improving processes, and cultivating solid relationships with team members and stakeholders.Primary Responsibilities:Lead, mentor and support the Engineering Department Team MembersManage and coordinate the team's daily responsibilities to ensure that projects are completed according to the schedulePrepare and oversee departmental and project budgets, reports, presentations, team member reviews, and KPI'sLiaison with other managers to ensure alignment with the company's strategic planWork collaboratively with sales, CNC, toolroom, fabrication, quality, shipping and other departments to complete projects and resolve technical challengesEnsure team members have the required knowledge,
