• Provide peri-operative consultations for patients at GBGH • Perform surgeries focusing on cataracts and minor procedures • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and treatments • Manage trauma cases and provide laser therapy • Integrate CanMEDS roles for ethical patient care

Requirements: • Fellowship in Ophthalmology with recent certification • Solid communication skills for patient interactions • Experience with Retinopathy of Prematurity preferred • Member of the Canadian Medical Protective Association • Commitment to community and ongoing professional development
