As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner directly with leadership and help build the people strategy that will support our growth.This role reports directly to the CEO and will lead all core HR functions while helping attract, develop, and retain top sales talent.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Sales Recruiting- Lead recruiting efforts for freight brokers, account executives, and operations staff- Develop strategies to attract high-performing sales talent- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding- Build scalable hiring processes aligned with company growth goalsSales Team Development & Retention- Support leadership in building a high-performance sales culture- Assist in designing compensation plans, commission structures,
