Oversee logistics and warehouse operations as a Lead Warehouse Operations Supervisor with FTAI Aviation. Drive safety and compliance while mentoring skilled staff in daily tasks.
In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Integration and Warehouse Operations, where your leadership will ensure effective material handling in a unionized setting. With extensive experience in logistics and strong interpersonal skills, you will motivate your team to achieve operational excellence and sustainability in processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily leadership and coaching to warehouse staff
• Implement and refine operational procedures continuously
• Ensure inventory compliance and audit preparedness




• Drive performance by communicating and tracking KPIs
• Guarantee safe handling of materials per aerospace standards
Requirements:
• More than 10 years in logistics/supply chain, 5 years in leadership
• Solid logistics and inventory management experience
• Union workplace experience is a strong asset
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office Suite
• Bilingual proficiency, English and French
