Acadia Counselling Centre is seeking an experienced Clinic Director. This role requires a Master's degree and five years of relevant clinical experience in counselling. You will provide clinical leadership, oversee counselling services, and mentor staff and interns to ensure high-quality, student-centred care.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide leadership for Acadia Counselling Centre's mission • Supervise and mentor counselling staff and student interns • Monitor and improve counselling service standards • Collaborate on campus-wide mental health initiatives • Develop educational resources and training workshops
Requirements: • Master’s degree in counselling or related field • Minimum five years of clinical experience • Current registration with a regulatory body • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills • Commitment to inclusive mental health services
