- Location: Donnacona, QC G3M 0G6
- Work location: On site
- Salary: $ 18.44 HOUR hourly / 40 hours per week
- Terms of employment: Permanent employment
- Full time
- Shift: Evening, Weekend, Flexible schedule, 15:00 to 23:00
- Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities

- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers
- Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- Perform minor repairs on appliances
- Perform safety and security checks
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
