Job Description

- Collaboratewith users, vendors, technicians, and managers to understandand evaluate IT and systems needs and requirements.
- Communicatecompany goals, policies, and procedures to the CIS team;develop a plan to meet those needs.
- Evaluate current technologyusage and business needs and recommend software and hardwareimprovements.
- Monitor backup, security, and user support systems.
- Keep abreast oftechnological advancements. Provide technical support to users.
- Prepare and deliver project or activity progress reports.




- Implement and monitor operating budgets and expenditures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Requires abachelor's degree in computer science, programming, or arelated field.
- Related experience ispreferred.
- Long timesitting at desk and working on computer.
- Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient inMicrosoft Office suite or related software.
- Thoroughunderstanding of CIS principles, programs, policies, activities,and procedures.
- Excellentorganizational skills, ability to prioritize work.
- The ability toexplain technical problems and provide solutions to people withouta tech background.

Terms of Employment

- 30 hours perweek

Salary: $55.29 - $75.90per hour
