TOGAF)Certification in TOGAF 9 or a newer versionAvailability to commit approximately 24 hours per week on a part-time schedule for the contract durationLocal knowledge regarding Government of Saskatchewan or similar entities within the technical and business landscapeExperience in applying formal architecture frameworks (e.G., TOGAF) to implement integrated solutions across various domains such as Business, Information, Application, Technology, and SecurityBackground in leading Business Capability Planning and designing business services to align IT delivery with organizational objectives, preferably within the public sectorExperience in designing and implementing Technical Governance Frameworks and creating enterprise-wide architecture standardsProven ability to consult with business and IT leaders to develop cohesive multi-year roadmaps and facilitate necessary organizational change managementExperience in project portfolio prioritization and managementExperience planning multi-year capital and operating budgets for IT initiatives, including comprehensive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
