This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where you’ll take newly signed customers through their entire onboarding journey, from initial discovery through to a confident, capable go‑live.What makes this role genuinely compelling is the intersection of operational logistics knowledge and modern software. You need to know what it’s actually like inside a warehouse (the language, the pressure, the workflows) and be able to translate that into a platform configuration that works for each customer’s unique operation.As CartonCloud continues to expand across North America, this role is part of building something meaningful. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and our Integrations team, feeding market insights back into the product and shaping how we onboard customers at scale.What You’ll OwnManage end‑to‑end implementations for North American customers,
