In this role, you will assist the Housing Supervisor in planning and implementing programs at Cedar Point Supportive Housing, aiming to enhance the overall wellbeing of the residents. The position involves managing daily operations, coordinating activities, and ensuring a safe and productive environment while engaging volunteers in various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop life skills and recreational programs for residents
• Maintain explicit communication with residents and outside organizations
• Ensure program materials are ordered and functioning well




• Collaborate with the Volunteer Engagement department
• Complete incident reports and participate in team meetings
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Human Services or equivalent experience
• Frontline experience with vulnerable individuals
• Strong skills in organizing and communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle with insurance necessary
