Recently, Toronto‑based Banyan Capital Partners invested in Stagevision to accelerate its continued growth.Position OverviewThe Senior Vice President, Sales is responsible for leading Stagevision’s overall sales strategy and execution across North America, with full accountability for revenue growth, pipeline development, and client acquisition. This role drives the expansion of strategic accounts, strengthens existing client relationships, and builds a scalable, high‑performing sales organization. Working closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources, the SVP, Sales ensures alignment between commercial strategy and operational delivery to maximize client value and long‑term growth. As a senior leader reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this individual will foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence, while positioning Stagevision as a trusted partner within the venue and hospitality markets.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & LeadershipDefine and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Stagevision’s growth objectives.Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans across all sales channels and market segments.Lead and evolve the sales organization to support scalable,



sustainable growth.Partner with executive leadership to align sales priorities with broader business strategy.Revenue Growth & Strategic AccountsOwn overall revenue performance, including new business acquisition, account expansion, and pipeline health.Drive growth within key verticals, including venues, hospitality, and strategic enterprise clients.Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with key clients and partners.Lead complex negotiations and oversee contract structuring to maximize long‑term value.Establish and optimize sales processes, tools, and performance frameworks to drive consistency and efficiency.Leverage CRM systems, data analytics, and market intelligence to guide decision‑making and improve outcomes.Monitor pipeline, forecasting accuracy and sales performance metrics, ensuring accountability across teams.Implement pricing strategies and commercial policies aligned with market dynamics and company objectives.Cross‑Functional CollaborationPartner with Marketing to strengthen demand generation, brand positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies.Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery excellence.Work with Finance to align revenue targets with financial plans and ensure disciplined execution.Partner with Human Resources to design incentive plans, training programs, and talent strategies.Client Experience & Market LeadershipChampion a client‑first sales approach that emphasizes value creation and long‑term partnership.Represent Stagevision in key client engagements, industry events,



and market‑facing initiatives.Monitor client feedback and market trends to continuously refine the sales approach and value proposition.People & CultureBuild, lead, and develop a high‑performing, results‑oriented sales organization.Drive talent development, succession planning, and capability building across all levels of the sales team.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Establish clear performance expectations and coaching frameworks to elevate individual and team performance.Qualifications15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally within AV/Events, hospitality, venues, or a related service‑driven industry.Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Marketing, orMBA preferred.Proven track record of delivering sustained revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.Deep expertise in strategic selling, complex deal negotiation, and enterprise account management.Strong understanding of sales operations, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies.Experience building and scaling high‑performing sales teams.Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship‑building skills.Strong financial acumen and ability to align sales strategy with business objectives.Experience leveraging CRM systems and data‑driven insights to optimize performance.Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.Core CompetenciesStrategic MindsetFinancial AcumenSalary Range: $170,000 - $200,000 CADStagevision is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive setting where everyone can do their best work.
