Reliance Home Comfort is seeking a Lead Installer to professionally install HVAC equipment and related components in alignment with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
You will ensure safe operation of installations, educate customers on maintenance, and foster solid customer relationships while promoting additional Reliance products and services. This role requires strong communication, a valid Ontario C of Q and G2 license, and willingness to work rotating shifts.
