Your Opportunity BDO Canada is seeking a highly motivated Alliance Operations & AI Enablement Lead to drive operational excellence and AI‑powered transformation across our strategic Microsoft alliance. This role will own the operational strategy, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft partnership while championing the use of AI technologies including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and emerging AI productivity tools to modernize alliance operations. This individual will act as the operational backbone of one of BDO's most strategic alliances, leveraging data, automation,



and AI to improve visibility, accelerate execution, enhance reporting, and unlock recent levels of efficiency across alliance management, incentive programs, GTM activities, and partner engagement. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working with partner programs, analytics, business processes, automation technologies, and executive stakeholders.
